That’s why we offer flexible payment options, including the ability to pay in cash on the day of your tour for most of our product. No need to worry about upfront payments – simply confirm your booking and pay when you meet our driver!
However for some type of tour and activities, a small deposit of $20 is required to secure your spot.
Our goal is to provide you with a worry-free and hassle-free experience from start to finish. Whether you choose to pay online in advance or in cash on the day, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that your adventure is secured.
We also streamline payments through PayPal, ensuring a secure and efficient transaction process.
- While all payments are processed via PayPal, you can still conveniently use your debit or credit card through the PayPal platform. This approach maintains the highest standards of security while offering flexibility to our customers.
- Upon completing your transaction, a payment confirmation will be promptly sent to the email address provided during checkout, ensuring transparency and peace of mind throughout the payment process.
- Our booking refund policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction, offering a 100% refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour commences.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund,
- While cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience with us.

Simply beautiful scenery. The rice field, the waterfall and the temple were all amazing. The driver (Gede Arta) stopped at various spots to take photos as well and he had an amazing knowledge about Bali. Absolutely incredible experience.

Agus was amazing!! He picked me up in time at my hotel and we start our trip. He make a plaseant ans safe drive to Tanah Lot and after visit time we continue with our travel schedule. I highly recommend this trip for travelers who doesn't want to bother with the hazard of the motorcycles in Bali or solo traveler's...the rice fields are something to see and walk through a bit, nature is fantastic and here you can enjoy it a lot; we close the trip with a visit to the Banyumala waterfall (bring your swim suit!) which is, in my opinion, one of the best waterfalls in Bali.

My fiancèe and I had an absolutely incredible experience on the Bali tour with our guide Gede Arta! We opted for Option 2, "The Gates of Heaven, Waterfall, and swing," We spontaneously decided to visit the stunning Tegallalang Rice Terraces instead of the waterfall. It turned out to be a brilliant choice. Gede Arta's guidance was exceptional, and he effortlessly adapted our itinerary to suit our preferences. His guidance throughout the tour was exemplary, ensuring we had an unforgettable adventure. The Gates of Heaven were genuinely mesmerizing, offering breathtaking views that felt like a gateway to paradise. And the rice terraces...wow! What made our experience even more memorable was Gede Arta's talent for photography. He skillfully captured our moments throughout the tour, ensuring we had incredible pictures to cherish. Gede Arta's warm personality, professionalism, and knack for photography truly elevated our trip to new heights. Gede was so well accommodating during my stay in bali and showed us around bali safely and comfortably. he helped arranged four wheel drive for us and brought us to his favourite restaurant where we had such a great time at! he is hospitable and catered to all our needs, 10/10 best tour guide ever, u will not regret
We took the North of Ubud route with Gede to visit the Ulan Beratan temple, Jatiluih rice terraces, the Banyumala Twin Waterfalls and couple more places. Gede was punctual and very professional. He had a standard itinerary but he was also flexible to accommodate with our requests. Overall we really enjoyed our day with him and would definitely recommend him.

A very well organised trip, the company kept us informed about all details prior to and during the trip. We had great guide who adjusted the itinerary for our preferences to make the most of the time we had. The view for lunch in Ubud was probably the best view we have ever had!

We booked driver with Travel Story for 7 days stay, everything was well organized. We tried Nusa Penida, Lempuyang, Ubud tour for 2 days, rafting and north Bali. Definitely easy way to plan the trip, because almost everything is included in price.

We traveled with GeDe 07/03/2019. It was a wonderful trip, filled with fun and humor, we managed to visit the water palace, a waterfall and a magnificent virgin beach.
Our guide calculated everything in time so that we were almost alone in all places. And this is very important,because of such trifles is the quality of the trip! At the
ame time, we also stopped on the road in all the beautiful places where we wanted. Of course, in the next trip to Bali, we plan as many excursions with GeDe as possible
